Developed technical specifications, scope of work, request for proposals, bidding documents, and construction management for several commercial and industrial facilities at Yanbu Industrial City project in Saudi Arabia.
The project was about the construction of a brand new city on the Red Sea to house two hundred thousand people, complete with its residential, commercial, industrial and municipal facilities.
Company Associate did oversee the development of the commercial sector, complete with its office buildings, individual retail stores, shopping centers, food courts, open air vending arenas, schools and athletic stadiums.
