The United States Defense Department, through U.S. Air Force embarked on the construction of a One Billion Dollars “Space Launch Complex” for the Space Shuttle program at Vandenberg Air Force Base. The space launch complex to have a launch pad, mission control centers, fueling facilities and support facilities.
Company Associate worked as a project engineer for the construction of the support facilities, such as the office buildings, rocket assembly warehouses, shuttle storage and maintenance structure, rocket launch offices and guard stations.
