The purpose of the project was the destruction of the United State Army’s chemical mass destruction weapons, which were stored throughout the United States. The congress funded for four such facilities to be built throughout the country.
Company Associate worked through the development phase, design phase, construction phase, and the testing phase of the pilot plans at Toole Army Depot, Toole, Utah.
